Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
We value all our patients and their time. Please understand that when we schedule your appointment, we are reserving time with our dental professionals for you and only you. We kindly ask that if you must change or cancel an appointment, you give us at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your reserved time to another patient. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations will require a a deposit to reserve the appointment again with our practice. Regardless of insurance benefit coverage, a deposit of $50/hour (which will not be covered by your dental insurance company) will be required in order to reserve a new appointment time following a cancellation with fewer than a 48 hr notice. Upon keeping your rescheduled appointment, this deposit will be applied to your treatment or returned to you if your treatment is covered 100% by your insurance benefits.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Our practice does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
